Bereavement Leave

In the event of death in immediate family, full-time employees will receive 3-5 paid days off depending on circumstances and part-time employees will receive 2-4 paid days off.

Jury Duty

If an employee is called to Jury Duty, they are eligible for regular pay, less any fees received for jury duty.

Leave of Absence

After six months of employment, an employee may take unpaid leave for education, injury or other personal reasons. Job not guaranteed at end of leave.

Military Leave

Leave of absence granted for military leave will be without pay. An employee may use PPL time while absent for military service or training.

Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

After an employee has been employed for one year and has worked 1250 hours, they are eligible to receive up to twelve weeks leave for personal or family medical condition or for well child care immediately following birth or adoption of baby. Job guaranteed and insurance continued during leave.
