by registered nurses that have specialized training in trauma, burns, and rural emergency nursing; as well as specific procedures needed to care for all types of medical problems.

The Emergency/outpatient department is a newly remodeled and expanded area.  It now consists of 2 trauma/cardiac rooms, 1 triage room, and 3 patient bay areas.

This department took care of over 2,200 emergencies and performed over 104,800 outpatient procedures last year.
