Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients. Must be able to empathize with resident on the resident’s level of interaction and must be able to accept both praise and anger from residents calmly.
