The Patient Financial Clerk is responsible for assisting patients with financial planning related to their healthcare services. This role supports patients in understanding insurance coverage, payment responsibilities, available financial assistance programs, and billing processes. The clerk works closely with patients, insurance providers, and internal departments to ensure accurate account management and positive financial experiences. Monday - Friday, days.
