Hospital Guidelines and Visitation Hours during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Out-patients will be required to complete a pre-screening to be granted entrance into our facility. Front entrance screening is available Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. In the event of an emergency, patrons may use the intercom system or the West ER entrance.

Current visiting hours for Acute patients will be Monday--Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm. Visitors will need to enter through the front main entrance Monday--Friday to be screened. On the weekends, visitors will need to enter through the Emergency Room Entrance. ER patients are allowed one visitor, acute inpatients are allowed two visitors at a time, ages 16 and up, and delivering mothers on the OB unit may assign one support person during their stay, plus two visitors during visitation hours. No other visitors will be allowed. We will continue to monitor the pandemic for the safety of our patients, staff and community and may need to change restrictions as the situation evolves. We encourage all visitors to bring their own mask to wear to preserve the hospital's supply for healthcare needs. If you have any questions, please call us at 785-738-2266.

The Resident Care Center has scheduled visitation at this time. Please call 785-738-9590 to schedule an in-person inside, outside, window visit, compassionate care or hospice visit. Please note: During an outbreak, visits may be suspended.
