Accounts Payable Clerk
Position Summary
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our professional and dedicated team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of the hospital’s financial obligations to vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities include processing and verifying invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. Key duties also encompass account reconciliation, expense control, vendor management, financial reporting, compliance support, and assistance with payroll functions. The Accounts Payable Clerk works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Materials Management Director, and other hospital staff. This is a Monday through Friday position. Qualifications:
●High School or college graduate
●Computer skills required
●Familiarity with accounting software and systems
●Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
